This comprehensive childbirth classes take place over the course of 6-hours (one full day) and occurs virtually through live + interactive classes. You will also have access to pre-recorded supplemental video content (information on pushing and the pelvic floor, navigating paid leave and more!).

Students are provided with a virtual class handouts including recommended reading, practitioners, and resources.
